Word! Graffiti is recognized around the world as a legitimate, unique art form, born right here in the North East USA!

Unfortunately, due to the destructive + disrespectful tendencies of some, the art form is burdened by a negative reputation.

Graffiti can beautify neighborhoods, memorialize events and people, and showcase talented artists.

Its the writers’ responsibility to represent the positive aspects of graffiti, and celebrate our generation’s contribution to the world of art. And Thats WORD!

I like a lot of these, but I feel like a few need to center in on the focus of the shot.

I feel like the subject is too far away, and you’re missing the point of the photo.

Just putting in my two cents. The more recent photos inpire more thought.

I chose photo 24 because I just really like the way the light looks on the window.

It shows some of the dinginess and the natural beauty that can be found in the neighborhood.
